The M24C16-A125 is a 16-Kbit serial EEPROM, automotive-grade, operating up to 125°C. It meets AEC-Q100 grade 1 reliability standards. Accessed via a simple, fast (up to 1 MHz) serial I2C interface, it uses advanced true EEPROM technology. This byte-alterable memory (2048 × 8 bits) is organized into 128 pages of 16 bytes, with embedded error correction for data integrity. It includes an additional identification page (16 bytes) for ST device ID and sensitive application parameters, lockable in read-only mode.
